Tummy Tuck
|
A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty is a surgerical procedure that removes excess fat and skin, and in most cases restores
weakened or separated muscles creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer.
A flat and well-toned abdomen is something many of us strive for through exercise and weight control. Sometimes these methods cannot achieve our goals. Even persons with normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes
or is loose and sagging. The most common causes of this include:
Pregnancy
Aging
Significant fluctuations in weight
Heredity
Prior surgery
What a tummy tuck won't do:
Tummy tucks are not a substitute for weight loss or an appropriate exercise program. Also, tummy tuck operations cannot correct stretch marks, although these may be removed or somewhat improved if they are located on the areas of excess skin that will be excised, generally the treated areas below the belly button.

Breast
Lift
|
Breast lift, technically called mastopexy, is surgery that raises and firms the breasts by removing excess
skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour.
Enhancing your appearance with a breast lift
A woman's breasts often change over time, losing their youthful shape and firmness. These changes and
loss of skin elasticity can result from :
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Weight fluctuations
Aging
Gravity
Heredity
Sometimes the areola becomes enlarged over time, and a breast lift will reduce this as well. A breast lift
can rejuvenate your figure with a breast profile that is youthful and uplifted.
What breast lifts don't do:
Breast lift surgery does not significantly change the size of your breasts or round out the upper part of your breast. If you want your breasts to look fuller, consider breast lift and breast augmentation surgery.
If you want smaller breasts, consider combining breast lift and breast reduction surgery.

Reduction
|
Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, removes excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size in proportion with your body and to alleviate the discomfort associated with overly large breasts.

Liposuction
Abdomen
|
Liposuction, also known as lipoplasty, slims and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits, improving your body contours and proportion, and ultimately, enhancing your self-image.
Despite good health and a reasonable level of fitness, some people may still have a body with disproportionate contours due to localized fat deposits. These areas may be due to family traits rather than a lack of weight control or fitness.
Liposuction surgery can be used to treat stubborn fat pockets in many parts of the body including:
Abdomen and waist
Thighs, hips and buttocks
Arms, neck and back
Inner knee
Chest
Cheeks and chin
Calves and ankles
In some cases, liposuction is performed alone, in other cases it is used with plastic surgery procedures such as a facelift, breast reduction, or a tummy tuck.
Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity and is not a replacement for regular exercise and good eating habits. It is also not an effective treatment for cellulite, the dimpled skin that typically appears on the thighs, hips and buttocks. People with stubborn areas of fat and who exercise regularly are the best candidates for this procedure.

Body Sculpting
|
Body contouring after major weight loss improves the shape and tone of your underlying tissue that supports fat and skin and removes excess sagging fat and skin.
Following weight reduction surgery, or any substantial amount of weight loss, the skin and tissues often lack elasticity and cannot conform to the reduced body size. As a result, skin that has been severely stretched now is unsupported:
Upper arms may sag and appear loose and full
Breasts may flatten and hang with nipples pointed downward
Abdominal area may extend around the sides and into the lower back area, resulting in an apron-like overhang
Buttocks, groin and thighs can sag and cause hanging pockets of skin
Surgical body contouring following major weight loss improves the shape and tone of your underlying tissue that supports fat and skin, and removes excess sagging fat and skin. The result is a more normal appearance to the body, with smoother contours. This is, in essence, the final phase of your total weight loss experience.

Breast Augmentation
|
Breast augmentation is the surgical placement of breast implants to increase fullness and projection of the breasts or to improve symmetry of the breasts. Clinically referred to as augmentation mammaplasty, the procedure is used cosmetically to:
Enlarge a naturally small breast, most commonly the result of heredity
Restore breast volume lost following pregnancy, as a result of breast-feeding or due to weight loss
Achieve better symmetry when breasts are moderately disproportionate in size and shape
